Volunteering to help with company events or to work on special projects is a great way to get noticed — not only by your immediate supervisor, but by other company leaders.

Be Professional

If the company leaders don't view you as someone who is professional, they probably aren't likely to consider you for upcoming promotions. So, from day one of a new job, you need to:
